Albert is a multi-skilled management professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning a wide range of sectors. His areas of expertise are in Project Management, Business Development and Marketing.
He also has extensive experience managing Social Marketing and M&E operations, as an employee of International Donor Organizations and principally as Consultant to private commercial organizations and major donor agencies.
Albert’s professional career begun with Unilever Ghana, where he managed innovative route-to-market and new business development projects . In both Unilever Ghana and Unilever Mozambique, he led new product and distribution initiatives targeted at BoP customer segments.
He also acquired extensive hands-on Project Management and M&E experience working in senior management roles at both the British Council and International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) over a 10-year period.
Further, he gained International Business Development experience working as Business Development Specialist for DuPont Nemours in West Africa.
Albert has also consulted extensively in project initiation and management, research and M&E capacities for Tullow Oil (and Ghana Jubilee Partners), UNICEF, The World Food Programme and many other private-sector organizations.Albert holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Political Science from the University of Ghana.
He also holds certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, Washington, USA. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and a part-time Facilitator in Executive Management Training programmes at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is also a PhD Candidate in Public Administration & Policy Management at the University of Ghana Business School..
