Philip Asare Kwame Ayesu

Philip is a solutions -driven serial entrepreneur, results-oriented, marketing/communications professional with over 20 years combined experience and functional expertise in advertising, branding, entrepreneurship and business management.

Philip has  a wealth of experience in business start-ups, strategizing, business restructuring, branding and communication in the public and private sectors.  He has being instrumental in the development of many brands in Africa, such as UT Financial Services, Zenith Bank, Sikkens, Data Protection Agency, XMEN Ghana, Western Union, GHone TV and many more.

Philip is currently a Board Member of Ghana National Communications Authority and Member of the Strategy and Communications committee of the ruling NPP Government. He is also a member of the Media and Communications Advisory team of the President of the Republic of Ghana.

Philip is a qualified marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.  He is a Mentor and Guest Speaker for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses at GIMPA Business School and  Altis University (MBA Class), an affiliate of the Catholic Institute for Business and Technology (CIBT).

 

Sophia Kokor
Director & Head of Legal/Corporate

Sophia is a seasoned Lawyer with many years successful practice in corporate law. A highly innovative and results oriented person with a background in development, policy planning and law, she started her career with Social Investment Fund (SIF) Ghana Poverty Reduction Programme . She then joined the Corporate /Change Departments of Barclays Bank. At the time, she was also the Administrator and Policy Analyst of the Danquah Institute – an Economic and Political Think-Thank.

In 2013, Sophia joined Ghana’s foremost legal firm – Minkah Premo & Co, as a Senior Associate. She rose rapidly to become a Junior Partner. Her briefs included Corporate and commercial compliance and litigation; Constitutional and Local Government (compliance) related litigation; Mergers and Acquisitions; Trade and Investment; Winding-up; Transaction advisory and Responsible for in-house and continuing professional training as well as In-charge of Public Private Partnership transactions and ICT.  She is company secretary of many reputable corporate organisations  and  Adjunct Lecturer at the MountCrest University College Faculty of Law. Sophia is Board Member of the  Ghana National Sports Council, one of the sector institutions of the Ministry of Youth & Sports.

Sophia holds a BL (Qualifying Certificate in Law) from the Ghana School of Law, Legon (October, 2011 – July, 2013). She also holds an LLB from the  University of Ghana, Legon (August 2009, – June, 2011) and BSc Planning, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST),

Albert Kwaw Eliason
Managing Director

Albert is a multi-skilled management professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning a wide range of sectors. His areas of expertise are in Project Management, Business Development and Marketing. He also has extensive experience managing Social Marketing and M&E operations, as an employee of International Donor Organizations and principally as Consultant to private commercial organizations and major donor agencies.

Albert’s professional career begun with Unilever Ghana, where he managed innovative route-to-market and new business development projects . In both Unilever Ghana and Unilever Mozambique, he led new product and distribution initiatives targeted at BoP customer segments. He also acquired extensive hands-on Project Management and M&E experience working in senior management roles at both the British Council and International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) over a 10-year period. Further, he gained International Business Development experience working as Business Development Specialist for DuPont Nemours in West Africa. Albert has also consulted extensively in project initiation and management, research and M&E capacities for Tullow Oil (and Ghana Jubilee Partners), UNICEF, The World Food Programme and many other private-sector organizations.

 

Albert holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Political Science from the University of Ghana. He also holds certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University, Washington, USA. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana and a part-time Facilitator in Executive Management Training programmes at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is also a PhD Candidate in Public Administration & Policy Management at the University of Ghana Business School..

Yaw Awuku Lokko
COO & Head – Technical Operations

Yaw Awuku-Lokko has 17 years of diverse management consulting experience involving the delivery of multi-million dollar projects in various public and private sector client environments in the United States.

He has extensive experience with large scale organization transformation across multiple industries. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, business process reorganization, software development/delivery and new business development

Mr. Awuku-Lokko has spent the last 17 years working for Accenture Consulting in the Washington DC area in the US and recently relocated to Accra, Ghana

 

Yaw holds an MBA (MIS) from the School of Business and Public Management, The George Washington University, Washington D.C. – December 2000. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science, University of Ghana – Legon, Accra Ghana – June 1996.
